Team portraits can take place at our studio or on location in the Wilmington area. Pricing is based off how many total team members that will be photographed in one session

Choosing the right photographer to photograph your team can be a challenge and we know you have questions! Here are answers to the most common questions we get asked.

For the most part, yes. We understand your brand is important and making sure you website and other marketing collateral as consistent is key to that. We have a variety of backgrounds to choose from and we can match nearly any lighting/posing style. Just send us an example of what you currently have and we'll match is as close as possible.


We have multiple background options in studio including textured fine art canvas, multiple solid color options, and a large library of digital backgrounds. We can even create a digital background exclusive to your company.

On the day of your shoot, we'll photograph as many team members as possible. Remaining team members can schedule individual headshots at our studio at standard rates. We'll photograph them to match your brand aesthetic.
Many companies have team members in other cities or states. It's far more common than you think! If you have a multiple staff members in an area, we're happy to travel to them, or we can can help you find the perfect photographer to match your brand's style.
Location setup fee is typically $199. This may be waived depending on how many people we'll be photographing.
Growing your team is a good "problem" to have! Depending on the frequency you plan to bring on new staff, we can create a custom booking portal with your brand guidelines so your team members can self schedule, freeing you up for more important tasks.
Your new team member will arrive at the studio for their headshot and choose their image(s) on the spot. Often times, we deliver your final files in 48 hours or less!
Depending on the size of the team, turnaround time is typically 1 week or less.
As you add new members to your team, one-off headshots are typically delivered within 48 hours or less.
All files are delivered in full resolution in an uncompressed .jpg format unless otherwise requested. We can also provide .tiff and .png as well.
